Muscle training with the XCO® Trainer

A XCO® Trainer is an aluminum pipe filled with grit. With the XCO® Trainer, the muscles are trained, especially the connective tissue and the endurance. With every movement the content is shifting, and therefore, the balance point of the pipe is shifting, too. Hereby, reactive impact is created what stresses and trains the connective tissue in and around the muscles. The outcome of the XCO Trainer is more muscle strength, adjustment of the connective tissue, tensile strength and burn of the calories. XCO products are therefore also suitable for revalidation. 

XCO® products and -accessories

XCO is offering different sets. For instance, the XCO Complete Walking Set or the XCO Physio Set. The Physio Set is most often used by physiotherapists, which are using the XCO® Trainer for the treatment of injuries. For the XCO Trainer, there are different accessories available, like straps, with whom the XCO Trainers can be clenched more easy. Or a carrying strap, with place for inter alia two XCO Trainers and a water bottle.
